HavstockThese terms are for the Havstock affiliate program, run by Havstock FZ-LLC, a free zone limited liability company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Havstock", "we", "our" or "us"). "You" means the affiliate. When you apply, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining
- You apply at members.havstock.com/affiliate. We check every application by hand. We can say no without giving a reason.
- You must be 18 or over. One affiliate account per person.
- The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
2. Your Link
Once we approve you, you get one link: havstock.com/r/your-name. You can also add ?ref=your-name to a havstock.com link, or make a link to any havstock.com page in your dashboard.
Your link covers every product sold through our online checkout at havstock.com and in our members area, now and later. It also covers Havstock Unlimited (our marketing subscription), at its own rate (see section 4). It does not cover done-for-you builds, consulting, or our Skool community.
3. How a Sale Is Credited
- When someone clicks your link, we save a cookie on their browser for 60 days.
- First click wins. If they already have a live cookie from another affiliate, that affiliate keeps the sale until their 60 days end.
- If they buy in those 60 days, from the same browser, the order is yours.
- We cannot credit a sale if the buyer blocks cookies, clears them, or buys on another device or browser. Our records decide which affiliate, if any, gets a sale.
4. Commission
- You earn 40% of what the buyer pays on an order credited to you, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
- That counts every charge on the order: the main product, add-ons, one-click upsells and each payment on a payment plan.
- Commission is worked out on the amount the buyer pays, after any discount and not counting tax.
- The rate is set when the order is placed. If your rate changes later, it only counts for new orders.
- Commission is in US dollars.
- Havstock Unlimited: if someone books a call on havstock.com while your cookie is live, from the same browser, and then becomes a Havstock Unlimited client, you earn 20% of each of their first 3 monthly payments. Nothing after that. The 30-day hold in section 5 applies to each payment.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
We hold each commission for 30 days, in case the buyer asks for a refund. If a sale is refunded or charged back, its commission comes off, even after the 30 days. If we already paid you for it, it comes off your next payouts.
6. Getting Paid
- We pay once a month, for commission that is past the 30-day hold.
- We only pay when you have US$50 or more ready to pay. Below that, it rolls over to the next month.
- We pay by bank transfer, or through a payment service like Wise. We email you for your payment details before your first payout. We may convert the money to your currency at the provider's rate. Fees your bank charges to receive it are yours.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for your tax or identity details before we pay you.
7. The Rules
- Say you earn commission. Whenever you share your link, make it clear you earn a commission if people buy. Follow the advertising and disclosure rules where you and your audience are.
- No commission on your own purchases. Buying through your own link, or for your own business, earns nothing.
- No ads on our name. Do not bid on "Havstock", or any spelling of it, in search ads. Do not use "Havstock" in a domain name, an ad account or a social media name. Do not pretend to be Havstock.
- No spam. Do not send messages people did not ask for. Follow the email and messaging laws where you and they are.
- No false claims. Do not promise results, prices, discounts or guarantees that are not on our pages.
- No tricks. No hidden or forced clicks, cookie stuffing, pop-ups that load our site, or paying people to click or buy. Do not give buyers part of your commission unless we agree in writing.
If you break these rules, we can hold or cancel your unpaid commission and close your account.
8. Our Name and Content
You can use our product names, and the pictures and words on our product pages, to promote them. Do not change our logo or make it look like we wrote something we did not. We can ask you to take something down, and you must do so.
9. Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can pause or close your account at any time. When your account ends, your link stops earning. Commission you already earned is paid at the next payout if it is past the 30-day hold, it reaches US$50, and it did not come from breaking these terms.
10. Changes
We may change these terms, or the program, at any time. The new terms count from the date shown at the top. Orders placed before a change keep the rate they had. If you keep sharing your link after a change, you agree to the new terms.
11. How We Work Together
You are an independent business, not our employee, partner or agent. You cannot make promises or agreements for Havstock.
12. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for sales our tracking misses. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
