Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, payment plans, and disputes work across everything Havstock FZ-LLC ("Havstock", "we", "our", or "us") offers, including digital products, templates, Claude skill files and tools, order bumps and upsells, paid membership and community, and done-for-you services (together, the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Where a specific product page or offer states its own guarantee or refund terms, those specific terms apply to that product in addition to this Policy.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

1. Digital Products, Templates, Skill Files, and Tools

Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer automatic refunds. This includes templates, downloadable resources, Claude skill files, training materials, and any order bump, upsell, or one-click purchase.

Conditional money-back review. We want you to get value. If you buy a digital product, genuinely implement it as instructed, and do not get a satisfactory result, you may request a review. To be considered you must contact us within any window stated on the product page (or within 30 days of purchase if none is stated) and provide reasonable proof of implementation, such as screenshots, completed work, backend data, or a live URL. We review each request individually and grant or decline a refund at our reasonable discretion. Simply changing your mind, not using the product, or not implementing it does not qualify.

Specific product guarantees. Some products carry their own written guarantee on their sales page (for example a 30-day guarantee tied to implementation). Where that is the case, the guarantee on that product page governs that product, and you must meet its stated conditions to qualify.

2. Paid Membership and Community (Subscriptions)

Our membership and community may be sold as a recurring subscription (for example monthly or annual) and may include a free trial.

- Free trial. If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the price disclosed at sign-up.

- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. We disclose the price, billing period, and renewal before you buy.

- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@havstock.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.

- Refunds on subscriptions. Subscription payments, including renewals, are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the current period. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a renewal you did not expect), contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.

3. Installment and Payment Plans

Where a product is offered on a payment plan (for example three payments of a set amount), the plan is a schedule for paying a single purchase, not a subscription and not a discount. You are responsible for the full number of payments. Cancelling your card, disputing a payment, or stopping use of the product does not cancel your obligation to complete the plan, and we may revoke access and pursue the outstanding balance if a payment fails. You agree to these terms when you select a payment plan at checkout.

4. Done-For-You Services

Payments for done-for-you services are due upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing. Because these involve custom work, all sales are final once work has commenced and are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. If you paid but work has not yet started, contact us and we will review your situation. Any credit we offer (for example a credit from a strategy call toward a build) is governed by the terms stated when it is offered.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email support@havstock.com with your name, the email used at purchase, the product, the date, and, for a digital-product review, your proof of implementation. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any issue, contact us first. We will always try to make it right. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in a way that is dishonest, is a breach of our Terms. When you file a chargeback we may: provide your purchase and usage records to the payment processor; immediately revoke your access to the product, membership, or community; and decline future purchases. Genuine payment issues will always be handled fairly if you reach out.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the Effective Date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
